Call for Papers: 10th Annual BMDA Conference - Winning Strategies in Challenging Times, Gdansk, Poland (10-11 May 2012)

The 10th Annual Baltic Management Development Association (BMDA) Conference "Winning Strategies in Challenging Times”, will take place in Gdansk, Poland, from 10 to 11 May 2012, and will be hosted by the Faculty of Management and Economics of Gdansk University of Technology in collaboration with the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development.

The Conference objective is to bring together representatives from across the business world and academia to share insights and exchange ideas on how business and academic communities can cooperate in order to benefit fully from each other’s knowledge and experience. There is a call for papers to be presented at the conference which will be divided into the following research tracks:

• Successful leadership in turbulent times
• Finance management and risk taking
• Human resource management
• Strategic management in an uncertain/changing environment
• Entrepreneurship and enterprise in global markets
• Cooperation of business and academia in challenging times
• Managing innovations

The abstract submission deadline is 31 January 2012.

The early-bird registration deadline is 18 February 2012.
